The club has furnished the groundfloor of a  four-storey multipurpose structure,  that will house the activities of the Gawad Kalinga-Onyx community as well as the Sibol Pre-school. which the club put up specifically for the 60 preschhoolers of GK-Onyx. The club has donated books, chairs, tables, audio visual equipment, toilets, appliances, kitchen equipment and utensils, and uniforms for the children,  etc. It employs also two full-time teachers.

Last December 15, 2004 the school was officially inaugurated  After the ceremonies the Rotarians and their Anns  proceeded with the traditional "Christmas Gift Giving where each preschooler was given a "gift" to take home.
