RC Iloilo City Presents Certificate of Appreciation

The Rotary Club of Iloilo City presented a Certificate of Appreciation to our club for the assistance extended to residents of Iloilo City brought about by typhoon Frank. President Joe Totengco, together with PE Marcus Duenneisen and other members of RC Iloilo City led the distribution of relief efforts to the affected families of Barangay Pal-agon, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.

Around 256 families benefitted from the donation of RC Forbes Park. Through a text campaign, the club was able to raised Php82,000 which were used to purchase sacks of rice for distribution to the affected families. Portion of the rice purchased were also donated to the affected families of Kalibo through our matched club, RC Kalibo and President Megs Lunn.
